This concert is being hosted by Southern Gospel Ministries, a local non-denominational, nonprofit group whose mission is to bring high quality gospel music to Redmond twice a year. The Keepers of the Faith is a well-known gospel quartet based out of Puyallup, Washington. They have toured in the United States, Canada, and islands in the South Pacific. They have sung at the National Quartet Convention in the past and are well received wherever they go. Their ministry began in 1997 when a Samoan father and his three sons started a singing group known as the Taito family. As the years passed, they were impressed to move from Hawaii to Washington State where they formed a choral group that sang a beautiful blend of gospel music in acapella style (without accompaniment), finally evolving into the quartet with a unique sound, Keepers of the Faith, in 2003. Their ministry has continued to the present. They will have a selection of their albums available for sale after the concert.
