Deschutes County Sheriff’s Lieutenant reaches settlement with Sheriff

A Deschutes County Sheriff’s Lieutenant who’s been on paid leave for more than a year reached a settlement with the Sheriff.

Tim Leak has been collecting his salary without working for close to 15 months.

An agreement will pay him 33-thousand dollars and he’ll retire at the end of the month.
