COCC’s Cascade Culinary Institute is offering an orientation for students who would like to learn more about their culinary program, and get an up-close look at the state-of-the-art facility in action. Orientation is Friday, November 14th, and Saturday, November 15th at COCC.
Friday’s program begins with dinner at Elevation, beginning at 6:30pm.
Saturday’s meeting is from 9am to Noon with a tour of the kitchens.
