Bend-based marijuana testing business forced to surrender Bend license

A Bend-based marijuana testing business was forced to surrender its Bend and Eugene lab licenses and decided to relocate its headquarters because of violations.

Evio Labs, now based in Nevada, will continue to operate its Portland and Medford facilities.

Regulators say the company let workers take marijuana home for personal use.
