Redmond Police say a Sisters man fought a St. Charles Redmond Hospital security guard and later strangled a family member.
Police say Scott Bulloch got into a confrontation with the guard early yesterday morning, forcing the hospital to go on lockdown for nearly an hour.
They say he then strangled the family member at 17th Street and Jackpine Avenue before trying climb into a garbage truck.
Police arrested Bulloch and he was taken back to St. Charles Redmond – this time as a patient.
