Virtually Meet Two Bend-LaPine School Board Candidates

A virtual “meet and greet” is scheduled for two Bend-La Pine School Board candidates today.  Megan Norris announced she has filed for the Zone 7 “at-large” seat, and Marcus LeGrand earlier filed for Zone 2 position. Today’s virtual meeting is at 5:00 pm and is hosted by Deschutes County DA John Hummel and Bend City Councilor Anthony Broadman. RSVP on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/events/485382512613951.

Seven community members make up the Bend-La Pine Schools Board of Directors. Registered voters elect board members for terms of four years. Zones 1 and 4 are also on this May’s special election ballot.
