Barn Is A Total Loss After Morning Fire

Terrebonne, Ore. – Redmond fire officials say the cause of a barn fire in Terrebonne this morning is under investigation.

A passing driver noticed the fire and called it in. Crews arrived to find “a fully involved” 30×35 barn with a downed power line next to the building and propane tanks venting within the building.

Crews protected an immediate RV exposure approximately 20 feet from the building and a tractor approximately 15 feet from the building. The fire was contained to the building of origin and was a total loss – a value of about $50,000.

There were no injuries connected with the fire.
