DCSO Accepting Bids From Tow Companies

The Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO) is currently accepting applications and bid packets from tow companies interested in being placed on the DCSO non-preference tow rotation list. Tow companies on the non-preference tow rotation list shall enter into a contract with DCSO.

Application and bid packets are available on the DCSO website, http//sheriff.deschutes.org/community/public-notices/, or packets can be picked up at the main Sheriff’s Office located at 63333 Highway 20 in Bend, Oregon.

To be considered, applications and bid packets must be received by DCSO on or before September 30, 2023, at 5:00 PM. Contracts will be effective from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2026. There will be no other opportunities to bid for this tow contract in the duration of the contract period.
