This April, the Redmond Senior Center invites the community to take a deep breath and discover effective ways to reduce stress as part of its ongoing Wellbeing Series. In recognition of Stress Awareness Month, the Center is offering two free events designed to educate, support, and connect attendees with healthy strategies for managing stress—especially as we age.

Presented in partnership with healthcare professionals from St. Charles Medical Center, this engaging session will explore how stress impacts the body and mind and offer easy-to-implement tools for relaxation and self-care. Wellbeing Connect
