CASA of Central Oregon is excited to announce the 2026 Courtside for CASA Pickleball Classic, presented by Lithia Motors, a four-day indoor round robin tournament held at The Premier Pickleball Club in Redmond. This tournament, set for February 26-March 1, 2026, will benefit CASA of Central Oregon, a nonprofit that trains and supports volunteers to advocate for children in foster care.
“We are excited to introduce several new elements to the tournament this year that will add value and fun for our players,” said Mack Carlson, co-founder of Premier Pickleball Club. “This includes the addition of a social bracket for newer players, complementing the competitive brackets and giving everyone a way to join and support CASA.”
Participants will also enjoy added perks such as after tournament celebrations at Lombardi’s and Wild Ride Brewing, event photography photos and medals for winners, and free head and neck massages from Spine and Body Co for first place winners. Primary courts will feature live match recordings, referees will support all medal matches, and every registered player will receive a swag bag filled with goodies and two hours of free court time during the week leading up to the tournament.
“Our first year showed us how powerful this tournament can be for the community and for the children we serve. We are grateful to see it return, grow, and hopefully bring even more players together in support of children in foster care,” said Heather Dion, Executive Director of CASA of Central Oregon.
Fifty percent of tournament registration proceeds support the training of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) who volunteer to advocate for children in foster care across Crook, Deschutes, and Jefferson counties. In addition, a tournament raffle with high-value prizes for pickleball enthusiasts will benefit both CASA of Central Oregon and the Premier Pickleball Club’s youth programming, giving attendees another chance to support children in foster care and young players in the community.
