Heads up, Bend drivers! Beginning April 15, the Bend Police Department will launch automated traffic cameras for red lights and speed at three intersections throughout the city.

The cameras will capture speeders and red light runners in the westbound lanes of SE Reed Market Road and Third Street, the northbound lanes of SE Powers Road and Third Street, and the southbound and westbound lanes of NE Neff Road and 27th Street.

If you speed or run a red light in those intersections between April 15 and May 14, you’ll receive a warning. Beginning May 15, you’ll receive a citation. Please slow down and obey traffic lights – let’s all work together to keep our community safe.

The locations will be:

SE Third and Reed Market
SE Third and Powers Road
NE 27th and Neff Road
