BEND, OR – OSU-Cascades has hired new assistant professor Brianne Kothari to the faculty of its human development and family sciences program.
Kothari will teach upper level courses in applied research; family, school and community collaboration; and proposal writing.
Kothari was previously an adjunct instructor in the Graduate School of Social Work at Portland State University.
Kothari holds a Ph.D. in social work and social research from Portland State University and a master of arts in human development from Washington State University.
The human development and family sciences program is the largest degree programs at OSU-Cascades, with 15 percent of students declaring it as a major.
