Bend Senior Center will host a free, public screening of “The Age of Love,” a documentary film about speed dating for the 70 years-plus generation. The movie will be shown this Friday, February 12 at 2:30 pm at the Bend Senior Center, 1600 SE Reed Market Road.

The film follows the comic and poignant adventures of a thirty Rochester, NY seniors who sign up for a first-of its-kind speed dating event for 70- to 90-year-olds. Fearlessly candid about their needs and desires, these WWII babies soon discover how the search for love changes—or doesn’t change—from first love to the far reaches of life. Although featuring older adults, it is a film that has been enjoyed by a variety of ages.
