Free Introduction to Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

Join us for this free introduction to Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). The 8-week classes start on September 5th and September 10th. Come learn more about how MBSR can help you reduce stress and physical and psychological pain and cope with the symptoms of illness.
