Passes + Fares will be required on all routes. Central Oregon Public Transports new system introduces simplified pricing, app-based payment options, discounted fare programs, and fare capping to keep public transit accessible and affordable. Riders will experience a more reliable, user-friendly system supported by an increasingly modernized fleet.
Riders can sign up for a CET Go pass account online, at Hawthorne Station (334 NE Hawthorne Ave, Bend, OR 97701), or at a pop event around Central Oregon (see schedule below). Reduced fare programs are available for riders who qualify.
If you don’t have a smart phone or need assistance signing up, visit Hawthorne Station or call Customer Service at 541-385-8680. Transit Pass Cards are available for those without smart phones.
Transit Pop-Up + Pass Sign-Up Events
CET will host a series of Transit 101 and pass enrollment pop-up events in partnership with community organizations, and open to the public. Staff will help riders sign up for passes, learn to use the new payment system, ask questions about service changes, and even learn to ride the bus with an onsite CET travel trainer.
