Panelists Bend City Councilor Victor Chudowsky, Bend City Manager Eric King and former Bend City Councilor Mark Capell will educate the audience on the responsibilities of council, city staff and the City of Bend.

The elected leadership of a local council impacts the day-to-day operations of city staff and how strategic plans are executed.
