Bend Home Prices See Slight Uptick

Bend, Ore. – The median home sales price in Bend in November rose by $4,000, or 1.1 percent, after a drop in October, according to a report released Thursday.

Redmond in November recorded a decrease of $3,000 in the median sales price, though it has still risen more than 15 percent since last December.

In Bend, the median price for a single-family home rose to $374,000 last month, and is up more than 16 percent since November 2015, according to the report from the Beacon Appraisal group in Redmond.

Bend had 196 single-family home sales last month, two more than in October and 54 more than in November.

In Redmond, the median price for a single-family home dropped to $270,000, a decline of just over 1 percent. The Beacon Report showed 86 sales in Redmond in November, the same figure as in October.
